Woman Arrested For Murder
A Belle Plaine woman, accused of selling cocaine that took the life of a Gaylord man, has been arrested and charged with third degree murder. Sibley County District court reports, Wednesday, 44 year old Michelle Rose Trost was arrested and transported to the Sibley County Jail on a third degree murder charge in connection of the death of 33 year old Joshua Thomas Adams. Court documents show, Adams was found dead in in his residence on November 2nd. An autopsy performed by Midwest Medical Examiner’s office determined the cause of death was cocaine toxicity. Forensic analysis of Adam’s phone included many messages and drug purchases from Trost between September 30th and October 28th. Unconditional bail or bond for Trost was set at $500,000, $100,000 with conditions; $10,000 cash bail with conditions was set Thursday. A court appearance was set for 9am June 26th.
