Woman Stuck While Walking in TRF Pedestrian Walkway

Authorities say a pedestrian was struck while walking in a pedestrian walkway late last month in Thief River Falls. 

Police say the victim was struck by a 2002 Jeep driven by Constance England of Thief River Falls. According to the report, the woman was walking on the 200 Block of Pennington Avenue when she was struck just before 4pm. 

Medical Services were called to check out the victim on Monday, March 24th, 2025.
